Wago Terminals, Connectors and I/O, New Zealand

Wago part numbers are two groups of digits with a dash. 750-1405 is an I/O module, 2002-1201 is a terminal block and 221-413 is a lever connector. The first group tells you which product world you are in, and that is most of the way to identifying an unlabelled part.
Wago is on panels across New Zealand in two quite separate roles: the terminals and connectors that wire everything together, and the 750 I/O system that a lot of machines use instead of a conventional PLC rack.

So a number starting 750 is a machine control question and a number starting 2002 is a panel wiring question. Those are different conversations and we quote them differently.
Terminal blocks: the generation matters
Worth understanding before ordering into an existing rail.

These do not mix on a rail. Widths differ, jumper bars differ, end plates differ and the marking carriers differ. So adding a terminal to an existing run means matching the generation, not just the wire size.
Jumper bars and end plates are separate parts, and they are the ones people forget. A run of terminals without its end plate and end stop is not finished, and the jumper that links a group of terminals is ordered by the number of positions it spans.
Markers are separate again, and are ordered as strips to suit that terminal family.

Lever connectors are a commodity worth stocking
The 221 and 222 lever connectors are the small transparent blocks used to join conductors without a terminal rail. They come in two, three and five conductor versions and in a few conductor size ranges.

These are cheap, used everywhere and worth having in a drawer. We supply them in boxes and we are happy to add them to any other order.

A note on power supply sizing
A 24 V supply that has been working for years and starts causing odd faults is often loaded closer to its limit than anyone realises, because devices get added to a panel over time and nobody recalculates.
The symptom is not usually a dead supply. It is intermittent resets, a contactor that will not pull in when several coils energise together, or an I/O node dropping off under load.
So on a panel with unexplained intermittent behaviour, measure the 24 V rail under full load rather than at rest. That is free and it is frequently the answer.
Buffer modules are worth knowing about where a plant has brief supply dips. They hold the 24 V rail up through an interruption, which stops a controller resetting every time a large motor starts.
Signal isolators solve earthing problems
Worth flagging, because it connects to a problem that appears elsewhere on this site.
A signal isolator breaks the electrical connection between a field signal and the control system while passing the measurement.

So an instrument reading erratically may need an isolator rather than a new instrument. That is a much smaller order, and it fixes the cause rather than replacing the victim.

The 750 system is a PLC, or it is not
The distinction that matters most on this brand, covered fully on the 750 I/O page.

They sit in the same position at the left end of a node and they look broadly similar. One is dumb I/O and the other holds the machine's logic.
So establish which you have before ordering. If it is a controller, the program is the thing that matters and the hardware is secondary.

Can you get a part that is not listed on your site?

Can I add a new terminal to an old rail?
Only if it is the same generation. Widths, jumpers and end plates differ between them.
Do jumpers and end plates come with the terminals?
No. They are separate parts and they are the usual omission.
Is my 750 unit a PLC?
Depends whether it is a coupler or a controller. A controller runs the machine's program.
My panel resets occasionally.
Measure the 24 V rail under full load before replacing anything.
Do you supply used equipment?
