FLEX I/O, FLEX 5000 and POINT I/O. Every module number, plus the parts that do not ship with the module.
Allen-Bradley has three distributed I/O families in common service in New Zealand. They are not interchangeable and they sit at different points in their lifecycle, so the first job is working out which one you have.

Two things you must order separately
Rockwell states it plainly: mounting bases and removable terminal blocks do not ship with FLEX 5000 I/O modules. You must purchase a mounting base and an RTB individually for each module.
That is two extra line items per module, and it is the most common thing left off a FLEX 5000 order. Tell us the module list and we will include both.
Extended temperature versions
Every 5094 module has an XT variant, for example 5094-IB16XT. Same function, wider temperature range. If your existing module ends in XT you need another XT.

Mature and very widely installed. Getting harder to find new, which is where we come in.

Three FLEX I/O warnings worth knowing
Do not parallel the relay outputs
The 1794-OW8 provides 8 isolated Form A contacts switching up to 2 A at 230 V AC or 125 V DC. Rockwell warns explicitly: do not increase load current by connecting two or more outputs in parallel. The slightest variation in relay switching time can leave one relay momentarily carrying the total load.
Also apply only 24 V DC to the terminal base power terminals, and verify all relay wiring before applying power.
Fusing is your responsibility on most outputs
Module outputs on much of the range are not fused and Rockwell recommends external fusing. The 1794-IB10XOB6 specifically requires external fusing per output. Total current through a terminal base is limited to 10 A, and separate power connections to the base may be needed.
A slot placement rule
Rockwell states: do not put a 1794-IB8 module next to an output module in 8-point compact addressing with the 1794-ASB2/C adapter. That is a layout constraint, not just a purchasing one.
POINT I/O, the 1734 range
Current production. The finest granularity of the three families, one to eight points per module, so you fit exactly the I/O you need.
A POINT I/O station is an adapter, mounting bases and modules. Like FLEX 5000, the mounting base is a separate catalogue number from the module.
The range covers digital input and output, analog input and output, RTD and thermocouple, counter and specialty modules, plus safety modules and EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS and DeviceNet adapters.

All three families follow the same letter logic as the rest of Allen-Bradley I/O.

The 1794 HART modules are worth calling out. New Zealand process plants run a lot of HART instrumentation, those modules are expensive, and very few suppliers list them.
